Foundations is perfect for beginners and for when you need to mobilize, refresh alignment, and focus on details. These movements and exercises are the building blocks for everything we do in Pilates. The pace is deliberate.
This class is for people with either some Pilates experience or who have some fitness or yoga class experience. The pace is moderate, options for greater and lesser challenges are given. Mobility and strength are the main focus.
Private classes can help those who have injuries that make group class difficult, have a specific issue they want addresses, have an athletic goal, or would like a movement assessment and/or deep dive.
Also offered as a duet class. Get the benefit of a private class with the fun of taking it with a friend.
