This class is for people with either some Pilates experience or who have some fitness or yoga class experience. The pace is moderate, options for greater and lesser challenges are given. Mobility and strength are the main focus.
This Pilates Level 1/2 class bridges foundational skills with more challenging movements, helping participants deepen their practice. This class also encourages greater body awareness and precision in movement, allowing participants to improve joint stability and mobility.
